Returns

We hope you love your Eiko Sato pieces. However, if for any reason you would like to make a return, we are happy to offer a full refund for items returned, excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, you must begin the process within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Responsibility for Returns

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. This includes:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred
  • Ensuring the item reaches us safely

Returns on Sale Items

All sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This includes purchases made during sitewide sales (e.g. Black Friday).

If you purchased using a promotional code (e.g. 10% off newsletter discount, or free shipping), you may follow our standard return policy.

How to Return

  1. Email satocapsule@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Please use “Return” in the subject line.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and a form for you to include inside your parcel.
  3. Check that your item is in perfect condition - unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Send your parcel back using a tracked and insured shipping service of your choice.
  5. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
